In an effort to make healthy choices easier for the community, Blue Zones Project partnered with organizations and passionate individuals to make Ramey Market the neighborhood grocery store again. The beautiful mural depicts community scenes encouraging healthy habits such as natural movement and fruits and vegetable consumption.

Special thanks to those who contributed to this colorful project including the talented art students at Dunbar High School, Principal SaJade Miller, Art Teacher Devyn Gaudet (pictured below sharing the vision with Mayor Betsy Price and Council Member Gyna Bivens), Assistant Principal Maurice McWilliams, the Fort Worth Police Department, Home Depot, the City of Fort Worth and of course, all of the residents of Stop Six who lended a helping hand.

Be sure to follow Blue Zones Project Fort Worth on Facebook to learn about more improvements coming soon to Ramey Market.
