And while you’re at the celebration, think about taking a Blue Zones® Personal Pledge to adopt Power 9 principles in your own life. Personal Pledge steps include agreeing to become familiar with Blue Zones Project principles, using the Vitality Compass® to get a customized lifespan estimate and longevity tips, taking part in one Blue Zones Project event, and choosing actions from the Blue Zones Personal Checklist—such as eliminating electronic distractions in the bedroom, or designating a space in the home for quiet time, meditation, or prayer. Nearly 16,000 area residents have taken the Blue Zones Personal Pledge to improve their own well-being.
Panther Island Pavilion is located at 395 Purcey Street. Free parking for the event is available in the Panther Island lot off Purcey Street. Guests also can ride the T (routes 1, 17, or 46) to Belknap and Burnet and walk along North Taylor Street.
The event is also accessible by walking or biking on the Trinity Trails.
