Meet Brandis, the Office Manager for Blue Zones Project Fort Worth. Brandis's favorite Power 9 is Belong because it helps her stay grounded and focus on the things that really matter. When Brandis isn't working, she enjoys downshifting and catching up with family and friends.

Favorite Power 9: Belong. I am a member of a non-denominational church in Burleson where my husband and I are Sunday School teachers for 2-6 year-olds. We love teaching the Word to them. Keeping up with the kids provides an opportunity for us to Move Naturally. Belong helps us ground ourselves in the things that really matter: God, family, friends.
Favorite Work Experience: Last year, Blue Zones Project volunteered at the Will Rogers Memorial Center during the Feast of Sharing event sponsored by Central Market. I LOVED everything of being a part of that!
