Since Blue Zones Project kicked off in February 2015, more than 18,000 people who live, work, and play in Fort Worth have taken the Blue Zones Personal Pledge to commit to their own well-being. The movement also counts 54 worksites, 26 restaurants, four grocery stores, four schools, and two churches, plus 11 participating organizations. An additional 77 schools within Fort Worth area school districts are actively pursuing Blue Zones Project approval. Read on to find out the latest updates happening in our community.
