By being recognized as a Blue Zones Project organization, we are able to promote a healthy lifestyle and choices for children by incorporating healthy practices into a child’s daily life.”

Restaurant

“Shula’s wants to empower our team members to live the best lives, not just here at work, but at home and within their community,” stated Jeff Jerome, director of marketing & sales of Shula’s Naples. “Our partnership with Blue Zones Project has provided numerous resources that help make Shula’s Naples a better place to work and enjoy.”
Schools

According to Gina Groch, principal of Saint Ann Catholic School, “Saint Ann Catholic Schoolbeng able to incorporate our 60 year school mission of excellence in the education of spirit, mind and body with a community initiative is an exciting and wonderful learning opportunity. Our theme for the 2018 school year is, “We Are One Body”. Though we are many with unique gifts and talents, we come together as one community to be the best we can be and serve one another. This theme also allowed us to focus on an aspect of our mission, education of the body. The Blue Zones Project initiative helped guide our emphasis on physical health and well-being. To incorporate healthy choices, we added more options to what we were already doing and did not need to take anything away.”
