Have you noticed that the growing hours of daylight each day motivate you to get out of bed or out of your chair to head outside, breathe in the fresh air, and enjoy the sights and sounds of spring?
I like to head out, in either direction on my street, one foot in front of the other. I do this several times a week, with no plan, no schedule, and no destination. Truly, no two walks are the same. After about 20 minutes of walking, my achy joints relax and I feel like a million dollars. Then I’ll hear a bird and stop to raise my binoculars and find the singer.
