National Volunteer Week starts Sunday with events planned through April 21.
In Dodge County, the week was organized by the Blue Zones Project, Volunteer Dodge and Moraine Park Technical College. The effort comes through the international nonprofit Points of Light, which focuses on encouraging volunteer activity.
