Meet Blue Zones Project^® Champion Kimo Tagupa, bartender at Hale Koa Hotel.

Shortly after a medical operation, James "Kimo" Tagupa was instructed by his doctors to improve his health and well-being by implementing principles similar to the Power 9. Luckily, Kimo can work on his health right at work. As a Blue Zones Project Approved^™ worksite, Hale Koa Hotel encourages their employees to move naturally across their campus, downshift when needed, and eat a plant-slant diet with their food bar options.
