Meet Blue Zones Project Champion, Gayle Cho
Joining a Moai really works! Gayle Cho of Hilo has found her right tribe through a walking moai and continues to meet with them as much as possible.
"The moai's really work! If it's close friends or family, it's easier to make excuses, but if it's with a new group that's striving to achieve something together, then it's successful. Our group is continuing to walk together past our 10 weeks. Our team name is inspired from our little rescue dog Firbi, so we're Team Firbi. He walks every walk with us!"
