IMPORTANT
Defining the Ticket Type as you set up the event is a critical item that helps to populate the Activities Tracking database.
Special Ticket Types
- General Admission: Is the default in Eventbrite and should be used for an 'other' activity in which you have permission to count towards the engagement activity.
- Community Event: Should be used for an activity that should not count towards as engagement activity
- BZP Story: Any event that uses the Story Speech as the engagement metric (e.g., Kickoff Event)
