"This will allow us to better serve our members and assist them in living a healthy lifestyle."

Ee-To-Leet-Ke Grill at Seminole Casino Hotel in Immokalee hit the jackpot in promoting well-being by becoming a Blue Zones Project Approved Restaurant! They added delicious Blue Zones Inspired menu items that include White Bean Hummus, Portobello Mushroom Stacker, and of course their Sweet Potato Parfait.
