Shanti’s Indian Cuisine in the Garden Valley Center, was a buzz of blue earlier this month. The restaurant was mobbed with supporters in blue t-shirts, excited to see the fruits of the efforts made by the owners to become the second Blue Zones Project Approved Restaurant in the Umpqua Valley. The first was Bluebird Pizza on Calkins and Keasey Streets in Roseburg.
