Putting loved ones first is one of the Blue Zones Project Power 9 principles.
But, with the holidays past and the winter chill setting in, houses of all sizes begin to feel a little cramped. Beaver Dam Community Activities and Services invites people to Cabin Fever Fest next Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Crystal Lake Park in Beaver Dam. The free event includes a chili cook-off, sledding, snowball drop, Dutch oven cooking demonstration, dog events, as well as games and other activities for children. Blue Zones Project will sponsor a Best Plant Slant Chili Award for the chili cook-off.
