Thanksgiving is just a few days away. As families gather to celebrate, many will notice how much the children have grown. You may notice parents or other loved ones have grown older as well.
While Blue Zones Project is making healthy choices easier in Dodge County so everyone can all live longer and better, growing older still happens. Being prepared for these changes as a family can bring families together, save money and relieve stress. Dodge County residents are fortunate to have many resources for navigating these life changes through the Aging and Disability Resource Center.
