National Geographic Fellow and best-selling author Dan Buettner helped to identify these five regions home to the highest concentrations of people who live to at least 100: Sardinia, Italy; Ikaria, Greece; the Nicoya Peninsula of Costa Rica; Seventh Day Adventists, particularly around Loma Linda, California; and Okinawa, Japan.
