Hawai'i Healthy Me! is a workbook that takes our keiki through Malia and Kimo’s story of visiting their Tutu's house and learning about healthy eating.  The book expands on the story through the help of Kini, Malia and Kimo's poi dog to provide learning opportunities and fun activities to help keiki make decisions to be "Hawai'i Healthy."

Blue Zones Project and Community First Hawai’i are offering FREE resources to teach health literacy.  These resources include:
•    A workbook full of stories, activities, and lessons about healthy nutrition.
•    A website with games, more activities and recipes.
•    Additional teacher resources.
