6 Exercises You Can Do While Binge Watching Tiger King

While you may not normally be one that binge watches shows, even those least likely to veg out for the day to soak in documentary drama are camping out in pajamas, and breaking out the snacks to stream the popular Netflix Docuseries, Tiger King.
 
This could lead to hours and hours of being sedentary, unless you utilize it as an opportunity to stay active, and engage with the show by doing the Tiger King Workout! This is a body weight workout requiring no special equipment, so all you need is a mat or carpeted area, and a wall or chair.
 

Here’s how it works, every time you hear one of the words or phrases listed below, you complete the accompanying exercises:

  • “Carole Baskin” = 5 Squats

  • “Joe Exotic” = 5 Chair or Wall Push-Ups

Some episodes may be more “interactive” than others, but fortunately you will be fueled by the surprising and exciting twists and turns this docuseries offers.
