How do I access website submissions?
Any form that is filled via your website is tracked using the website name which is further tied to a community name.
The following forms are available*:
- Newsletter Sign Up
- Committee Interest Form
- Community Interest Form
- Volunteer Form
- Submit a Testimonial
*These forms are used nationally and not to be edited.
How are new people added to my newsletter?
Any individual added to HubSpot will automatically flow into your "All" list based on 1 of 2 criteria:
- They are a match for your blueprint metric zip codes
- They are assigned to your Community Name
What if I want to see specific form information?
Once added to a website, forms are set up to flow into a specific community list.
As pictured below, lists may be accessed by navigating to "Lists" and searching for 'bzp website'

The Community Interest form uses custom interestes identified by numbers as shown here:
