Four communities, eight months, one Blue Zones Project Dodge County working to help the people in the community live longer and better.
Blue Zones Project was brought to Dodge County by Beaver Dam Community Hospital, launching in October 2016. Leveraging the secrets discovered in Blue Zones areas around the world—rare longevity hotspots—Blue Zones Project makes it easier to get up and move, eat healthy, make new friends and find a reason for being.
Blue Zones Project is built on empowering communities by providing the resources and expertise to improve well-being by impacting people, places and policies. More than 130 individuals are serving as volunteers on Blue Zones Project committees to bring that vision to life. We will continue to get stronger as you and your neighbors make the choice to get involved.
