Klamath Falls is moving forward with smoke-free city parks.
City Council voted 4-1 Monday night to approve an ordinance that would prohibit smoking and tobacco use in city parks and other designated outdoor areas within the city. This includes cemeteries, marinas and other “natural areas” as described in the ordinance.
