Fir Grove Elementary in Roseburg, one of eight elementary schools in the district, has been recognized as a Blue Zones Project-approved school.
Blue Zones officials said the school passed a milestone on its journey to greater well-being for all staff and students.
It is the third school in the Roseburg area to reach the designation.
