More vendors, more people and more discussions.
That’s how Rick Walsh, owner at Fresh Green Organic Garden, described this year’s Find Your Farmer event hosted by Blue Zones Project Klamath Falls.
More than 30 people attended this year’s gathering to discuss ways for farmers, shops and restaurants in Klamath County to join forces to increase local product flow in the area. Walsh, who said he’s also been part of the new Klamath Farmers Online Marketplace (KFOM), said there was much more interest this time around.
“It’s a big improvement over last year,” Walsh said. “They’ve really done a good job.”
