Douglas County Public Works Department's Engineering Division will host an open house for Green area residents on Thursday, March 5, 2020, from 5:30–7 p.m. at the Green Elementary School cafeteria to discuss the roadway safety rehabilitation project on Carnes Road between Oregon Hwy 42 and Happy Valley Road.
