Families, local groups, clubs and businesses joined forces to clean Waiehu Beach Park on March 2. Malama Maui Nui, in partnership with Blue Zones Project Maui and Sharkastics, facilitated more than 140 volunteers. In less than two hours, more than 12 acres of county park, shoreline, roadside and waterway were cleaned.
