Yoga is an ancient Eastern practice that established itself in the United States in the 1950s.

For some, yoga is used as a form of exercise, to improve health or a way to practice natural movement and improve flexibility. For others, it provides an opportunity to be mindful of the mind-body connection, to slow down, meditate or downshift. Dodge County is fortunate to have several yoga instructors who share their passion for the practice with others. Two of these organizations have become Blue Zones Project supporting organizations.
