Happy and Healthy Halloween
Cool, brisk mornings, shorter days, and golden hues abound. These are all clear signs that autumn has arrived. With the changing season comes fall holidays and celebrations. Costumes have been chosen, pumpkins have been picked, and hayrides are all the rage. Blue Zones Project, a community-wide well-being initiative brought to Pottawatomie County by Avedis Foundation, wants to help you have a happy and healthy Halloween.
