Grab a pen and paper and take this little test.

First, write down your three best friends. Now, write down the names of your friends’ three best friends. Now, write down the names of your friends’ friends’ friends. How did you do?

Your friends’ friends’ friends — people you don’t even know — have the ability to affect your health, happiness and behaviors, according to the Framingham Study in 1980. Surrounding yourself and regularly interacting with people that want to improve their personal well-being increases the likelihood that your well-being will be improved.
