As more and more Americans move away from the farm, fewer people know where their food comes from. However, Wisconsin farmers produce an abundance of food for people and animals.
Blue Zones Project, in partnership with Mayberry Farms, wants to reconnect local producers with local consumers through a family-friendly Farm-to-Table event from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 30 at Mayberry Farms, W2364 Highway Y, Mayville. The event is free. Individuals and families can meet with and learn from local food organizations.
