Horicon Bank has made tremendous steps toward improving their workplace environment for its employees. Bank leaders truly believe that healthy employees are happy employees. To start its journey in shifting its workplace into a healthier environment, Horicon Bank completed the worksite pledge to become Blue Zones Project Approved in October 2017.
“Investing in the Blue Zones Project was a perfect fit,” Horicon Bank president Fred F. Schwertfeger said. “We couldn’t have achieved the award without the commitment of our employees.”
