From May 14 to May 17, Blue Zones held a number of presentations and focus groups at Apple Creek Golf Course to educate residents on the program and learn more about the community.
“What I see here in Airdrie is an extraordinary community with strong leaderships and great things happening already,” said co-founder Tony Buettner.
Blue Zones originally started as a research project studying how and why people in some regions of the world live healthier, longer lives.
