If knowledge is power, the local library is a powerhouse.
Housing a collection of information on all genres and in an array of mediums, libraries allow access to resources for all. For this reason, local libraries have become Blue Zones Project Supporting Organizations to share knowledge and resources with the community about living longer, better.
Horicon Public Library and Beaver Dam Community Library have been designated as Blue Zones Project Supporting Organizations. The libraries have chosen action items that support improvements to the environment, programming or communication with the community.
