Have you heard about the theory of “Blue Monday”? I had not. Co-workers were discussing it, so I found and read several articles, including one on usatoday.com from Jan. 17, 2019, another on Forbes.com dated Jan. 21, 2019, and Wikipedia. About 15 years ago, some seemingly controversial research was shared about a calculation that was done determining the saddest day of the year, falling around the third Monday of January.
