Coconut Papaya Smoothie
As it gets closer to summer and the days begin to get hotter, there's nothing more refreshing than an ice cold smoothie. From the kitchen of Chef Maya Merrifield.
Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk
½ cup papaya, de-seeded
2 handfuls of greens (spinach, mixed greens, etc.)
½ inch ginger
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender. Add more liquid until desired consistency is reached.
Yields
Serves 1
