 Validation Highlights

1. Offered Purpose Workshop for employees on July 10^th, 2017 - 16 attendees including president, Chad Goodfellow. They are offering another session to employees that haven’t attended on October 17^th, 2017.
2. Implemented standing meetings.
3. Brought in yoga instructor from Vitality Wellness to teach them about desk stretches so they can implement through their work day. They have a reminder at 2:30 p.m. to stretch.
4. Goodfellow Bros. Inc. has designated a quiet room for downshifting or meditation during their work day.
5. They have mapped out locations around their office to encourage walking instead of driving.
6. Goodfellow has put signage next to stairs and elevators to encourage walking instead of taking the elevator.
7. They’ve also created an engagement plan for their wellness committee to continue this effort.

These are some of things that was completed for validation.
