Blue Zones Project held FREE Purpose Workshops on December 9th and 10th at the University of Hawaii at Hilo that was well-attended by the East Hawaii community.

"I'm impressed on how effective the workshop was, and how they were able to help me quickly reveal my true gifts and purpose in such a short time," said Rose Vierra of Hilo.

Better understanding our purpose — knowing who we are, why we’re here, and why we do what we do — helps us to better incorporate our gifts, passions and values in our daily activities. Research shows people who understand and live their purpose are more productive, they live an average of seven years longer, and they’re generally happier, too!

If you missed this round of workshops, be sure to sign up at bluezonesproject.com to receive email notifications on all of our upcoming events, workshops, and community updates.

We have lots of activities coming up in the new year! 2016 will be filled with wonderful Blue Zones Project activities for the whole family. You can join a Walking Moai, Potluck Moai, healthy cooking classes, gardening demonstrations, and more. We hope you'll join us!
