The Northwest Arkansas Council is looking into making the region a blue zone.
The Blue Zones Project designates places across the world as areas where people tend to live longer thanks to access to healthy food and places to be active.
A Blue Zones Project team will be in the area Tuesday and Wednesday to complete a health assessment.
