Blue Zones Project® in Pottawatomie County today celebrated the validation of Chicago Street Deli as the newest Blue Zones Project Approved restaurant in Pottawatomie County. To date, five local restaurants have achieved designation as Blue Zones Project Approved™ - The Owl Shoppe, The Café at St. Anthony Shawnee Hospital, The Healthy Hippo, Paul’s Place Steakhouse and now Chicago Street Deli.
