Avocado Crackers

On the hunt for the perfect afternoon snack? Look no further! Try these avocado crackers featuring ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 rye crackers
- 2 grape or cherry tomatoes
- fresh lemon to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- nutritional yeast (optional)
Directions:
- Cut avocado in half and spread evenly onto crackers.
- Cut tomatoes into bite size pieces and place onto avocado.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice to your taste.
- Add salt and pepper to your taste.
- Sprinkle some nutritional yeast over top.
