Avocado Crackers

On the hunt for the perfect afternoon snack? Look no further! Try these avocado crackers featuring ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 rye crackers
  • 2 grape or cherry tomatoes
  • fresh lemon to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • nutritional yeast (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cut avocado in half and spread evenly onto crackers.
  2. Cut tomatoes into bite size pieces and place onto avocado.
  3. Squeeze fresh lemon juice to your taste.
  4. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
  5. Sprinkle some nutritional yeast over top.
