When should I expect our community website to be live?
We will be starting the process at 8 am ET on 11/15.
Do I need to do anything different?
Your URLs will transition over on 11/15. This will include both the long and short URL (e.g., lakecounty.bluezonesproject.com and lc.bluezonesproject.com). URLs take time to populate across all locations. Thus, you may still see the old site. If you would like, you can clear your browser cache to see if it is available to you.
There are 2 areas of impact with more information coming!
- Organization URL for sign up and dashboard will change - information to Org Leads coming soon
- Any forms and newsletter sign ups flowing to HubSpot with new list access - information to Engagement Leads coming soon
What if I notice there is a broken link, or something is wrong, or I would like to request something?
Use the Maintenance Request Form above to notify us of any items. Our first priority will be to 'fix' any issues or items that are causing issues. We also would like to remind you that with training in January your Engagement Lead or Specialist will have the ability to update your site directly -- this will include content and imagery! We ask for your patience in updating imagery and content until then if it isn't urgent.
We understand that there will be some requests that are needed before you are trained. For example, a community has a Kickoff event. We will be assisting and supporting any required needs.
Do I still work in Cocoa? / What about Organizations?
Yes, you will still work in Cocoa for any organization changes and management (e.g. approval of an organization) this is still your 'go-to' until the EOY 2022. There will be more communication on changes that will be forthcoming regarding organizations.
*There is 1 change regarding the Organization URLs for the sign-up and dashboard. I will be communicating directly with Organization Leads as a follow-up to this email to explain more!
