"Participating in Blue Zones Project will expand Copperleaf’s Live Laugh Learn Enrichment Program with new classes and presentations." stated Anna Laabs, Activities Coordinator. "Additions such as Walking Moais will help form new friendships and support systems within the community. Our Executive Chef is excited to add Blue Zones inspired menu options and the Fitness Program will continue to host classes that allow for downshifting with Stretch & Tai Chi classes."

Sagewood Institute brings together expert physicians and practitioners from a variety of disciplines to help clients look and feel healthy as they age, using cutting-edge research and techniques. The Institute also educates professionals and the public on effective and proven peer-reviewed research on healthy aging.

Worksite
FSW Collier first became a Blue Zones Project recognized organization where they brought healthy best practices and education to their students. Now the organization has brought those same healthy principles to their staff and faculty. On April 25, FSW Collier also became a Blue Zones Project Approved worksite!
