Blue Zones Project Grand Forks is pleased to announce that Probitas Promotions is Grand Forks’ first worksite to achieve designation as Blue Zones Project Approved™. Probitas Promotions earned the designation by implementing new evidence-based best practices to improve staff well-being.

“Turnover is discussed often at HR conferences, and I believe retention stems from having a good culture. Good culture is taking care of the teammates that you have,” said Gary Lucy, CFO and Director of HR at Probitas. “That means giving them what they need to do their job, but also giving them what they need to have a good life outside of their job.”
Some key components of Probitas’ designation include forming a worksite well-being committee, providing space and encouraging employees to take time to downshift, and promoting the RealAge Test for employees to better understand how their lifestyle choices are impacting their health.

It has been a pleasure to work with leaders so invested in the health and happiness of their employees. I look forward to sustaining the relationship and showcasing Probitas as a shining example of Blue Zones Project at work in the community.”
